1. Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.
If 12 hours have passed, the order may already be processed and shipped, and we can no longer cancel it.

To request a cancellation, email us at support@aziziyan.com with your order number.

2. Returns

Because we operate using a dropshipping fulfillment model, we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyerā€™s remorse (changing your mind)

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Non-defective items

However, we do accept returns or replacements if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligible return reasons:

  • Item arrived broken or faulty

  • Wrong item received

  • Missing items in the order

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the damaged/incorrect product

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will process your refund or replacement within 3ā€“5 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care items

  • Intimate goods

  • Health & hygiene products

  • Custom-made items

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5ā€“10 business days for the credit to appear.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
However, we will assist you in contacting the carrier to locate the package.
